CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy A creditcard will be required to book all services in order to reserve your appointment time. I require a 24 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid fees. If you cancel less than 24 hours you’ll be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Please note your card will not be charged unless you failed to comply with the cancellation policy. No shows will be banned from booking. Please do not come in sick, I do not get sick time. Late policy In the case of a client being 15 or more minutes late to an appointment they will be considered a no-show and will be charged according to the no-show policy. No-show policy If you no call or no-show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full. Change of service policy A change of service is any adjustment to your scheduled services. To make a change to your service you have scheduled.
